Small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy. While over regulation by federal and state authorities can be overbearing, it is often local government regulations that are the most destructive. Join us and guest speaker Jonathan Uzcategui as we discuss the problem and possible solutions. Mr. Uzcategui is a successful small business owner and is currently a candidate for Wilmington City Council.
